1. 이 방침이 다루는 것
이 방침은 aiyammy.com 웹사이트와, 운영자가 AI얌얌 채널의 콘텐츠를 운영자 소유 계정(YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)에 게시하고 관리하기 위해 쓰는 내부 도구 "AI얌얌 Publisher"(이하 "도구")에 적용돼요.
2. 수집하는 정보
- 웹사이트 방문자: 회원가입·로그인·쿠키 추적이 없어요. 호스팅 사업자(Cloudflare)가 보안과 운영을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소, 요청 시각 등)을 처리할 수 있어요.
- 도구: 도구는 운영자 자신의 계정에만 연결돼요. 각 플랫폼이 발급한 인증 토큰과, 운영자 계정의 게시물·채널 정보·통계·게시물에 달린 공개 댓글을 처리해요. 다른 사람의 계정에 로그인하거나 다른 사람의 개인정보를 수집하지 않아요.
- 문의: 이메일로 문의하시면 답변을 위해 이메일 주소와 내용을 보관해요.
3. 이용 목적
운영자 채널에 영상을 업로드·예약·게시하고, 제목·설명·썸네일을 관리하고, 성과를 분석하고, 댓글에 답하기 위해서만 써요. 광고 판매나 제3자 제공은 하지 않아요.
4. 보관과 보호
인증 토큰은 운영자 서버에 암호화된 자격 증명으로만 보관하고, 소스 코드나 로그에 남기지 않아요. 연결을 끊으면 토큰을 지워요. 문의 메일은 처리 후 1년 안에 지워요.
5. 플랫폼 서비스 이용
도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용해요. 이용 시 YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용돼요. Google 계정에서 도구의 접근 권한은 Google 보안 설정에서 언제든 취소할 수 있어요. TikTok과 Instagram(Meta) API를 쓸 때도 각 플랫폼의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용돼요.
6. 삭제 요청
운영자가 보관하는 정보의 확인·삭제를 원하시면 grit24365@gmail.com으로 알려 주세요. 30일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드려요.
7. 변경
내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알려요.
Privacy Policy (English summary)
Operator: GRIT24365, contact grit24365@gmail.com. This policy covers aiyammy.com and the internal tool "AI얌얌 Publisher", which uploads, schedules and manages content only on the operator's own YouTube, TikTok and Instagram accounts. The website has no accounts, logins or tracking cookies; the host (Cloudflare) may process access logs. The tool processes the platform access tokens, the operator's own posts, channel data, analytics and public comments on those posts, solely to publish and manage the operator's content. No data is sold or shared with third parties. Tokens are stored as encrypted credentials on the operator's server and deleted when access is revoked.
The tool uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time via Google security settings.
